Owners: Jason and Seri bought the Backpackers Inn Freo in October 2005, at the time the entire premises was very tired and run down. Ever since then they and their team have fixed and upgraded the facility wherever and  whenever possible. Jason and Seri are very lovely operators and have committed themselves to operating the business and at same time raising their 3 children and is also expecting their fourth.

Night Manager: Uncle Erich, Born in Germany and had lived in Melbourne now permanently residing in Freo. Uncle Erich has been with Backpackers Inn Freo since 2003 even before Jason and Seri therefore has seen the hostel improve and grow over the past few years.

Duty Manager: Stephen, was an eastern state boy arrived in Western Australia in 2007 and starting working for Backpackers Inn Freo since 2008. Since coming to this side of Australia and realizing how beautiful it is, he has not gone anywhere else, he plays a big part of operation with a friendly and welcoming attitude he is very easy going and approachable.

Head Receptionist: Aunty Niamh, Born in Ireland and also previously lived in Eastern state and now lives in Freo. Aunty Niamh and been with Backpackers Inn Freo since 2006 and a key player in the entire operation.
